Young Adult Estate Plans
Our Young Adult Estate Plan is designed for young adults who do not have many assets, and enables the young adult to name persons to make financial and health care decisions in the event of their incapacity.
Plan for your future.
During the Young Adult Estate Plan process, the young adult will learn the basics of:
- Engaging an attorney
- The criteria for deciding who should be named as agents in these documents
- Guidance as to where to store the documents, and when they should be provided to third parties
- The three important legal documents that each adult needs (an Advance Heath Care Directive, a Durable Power of Attorney for Assets, and a HIPAA Authorization)
- Instructions for the execution of each document
