Originally from New York, Frank attended Drexel University in Philadelphia where he studied Management Information Systems. While a student, he worked for JPMorgan and ING Direct as a Project Manager for 3 years through Drexel’s co-op program. Upon graduating, he entered the US Navy where he worked in naval operations conducting environmental surveys utilizing unmanned underwater vehicles. While active-duty living in New Orleans, Frank established a nonprofit program focused on after-school initiatives for elementary students. Exiting the Navy, Frank was hired by USA Rugby landing him in Boulder, CO where he spent several years planning operations and assemblies for USA’s Senior National and All American teams. Frank also worked for the WILD Foundation while in Colorado managing the program for an international conservation event in Jaipur, India.
Frank moved to Long Beach, CA in early 2020 joining Beach Cities Estate Law as the Operations Manager.
